I have been using a battery powered weed eater to try to trim the long walkway up to my front porch. However, I usually encounter a depleting battery life before my project is complete. So, when I saw this tool, I decided it was time to try something new. Yes, it takes a little more effort to use this manual tool, but it’s not overpowering or cumbersome to use it. I also plan to use it to fix the edging in the back of my house. I can’t go near that section with a weed eater due to utility lines coming from the ground up and connecting to the house. So, I usually end up ‘edging’ the front of this area with my hands. I think this will do a great job of clearing the grass and weeds yet allow me to stay away from those annoying utility lines.”
