Customer Review: TLDR: Great noise reduction, adjustable ear mufflers, decent sound quality (midline for music, great for speech), fantastic battery life. If you’re considering these, I suggest getting the ones with the gel ear pads. Received 4 days ago as of this (initial) writing. It arrived with 90% battery reporting. Before charging, using all day every day for 4 days for audio books. Still has 90% battery reporting. Sound quality on music test is comparable to jbl tune 660 headphones. I have an xl head and they are adjustable with a snug fit. When powering on, headphones audibly indicates powering on, battery level (high, medium, etc) pairing, connected. And when powering off it audibly indicates powering off. Edit: After 14 full days of use at between 7 to 12 hours a day, it finally dropped to 20% reporting. The downside is that it also started saying “please charge” every minute or so. I was hoping that it would stop after a few times but it didn’t So this is currently the biggest negative I have observed. Still, it arrived not fully charged and before charging it gave about 133 hours of play back at about 70% volume listening to audible audiobooks before looping the “please charge” message. Edit 2: From so much use everyday, the ear pads have compressed and don’t expand back out any more. I just purchased the default option on the displayed listing which was the lesser earpads. I still think it’s a great product so far. I will be replacing the ear pads with upgraded silicone pads. They are snug/tight on my xl head but not horrible. Again, arrived partially charged, 90% showing on phone monitor, and without charging lasted 14 days for 133 hours of play time at 70% volume before the verbal repeating “please charge” started up. After finally charging for the first time they lasted 16 days of varied use times at mostly 100% volume. I wore them over a winter cap which reduced the sound protection and required higher volume to push “audibles” over the noisy environment. This issue lies more with the audible app developers more than anything as I have to turn the volume down considerably for my preferred 3rd party music app. I still think it’s worth 5 stars so far as the negatives are largely factors that either I could have avoided by purchasing the better version or are other products outside of the manufacturer’s control. Edit 3: Purchased the earrock brand “Gel Ear Pads for 3M WorkTunes Connect Hearing Protector . . .” With adhesive backing, on amazon. Perfect fit. Warmed and removed the crushed original pads and replaced them. Added additional pictures the with new pads.

Customer Review: I had two pairs of 3M Work Tunes and neither lasted a year. I bought this pair because they were affordable. I didn’t have the highest hopes. They arrived with a full charge on March 25th, 2025. I use them for 2-4 hours per day, and average about 4 days a week of use. After over a year, (today is 4/9/26) my headphones finally told me my battery was low. They never died. Moderate use for over a year one a single charge! They noise cancel so well I have to be careful not to leave machines running. The headphones charged back up quickly. Great product!

Customer Review: I’ve owned these Bluetooth over-ear hearing protection earmuffs for about 9 months. I’ve used these earphones countless times now and love them. I use them mowing the lawn, with power tools, such as mitre saw, power washer, leaf blower, etc. and I can listen to my podcasts or music without issue. I don’t know how these compare with expensive models, but for the price I’m extremely happy with the comfort, use and durability. I’ve had them covered in sawdust, have gotten them wet from the power washer and they continue to work perfectly. They charge nicely, I don’t know how long they last on one charge, but I’ve used them multiple days, left them not charging, used them again for multiple days and only had them die on me once. I charge them periodically from time-to-time and they always work well. I’m happy with the audio quality. I used to have just regular noise cancelling earmuffs, which were only earmuffs, no speakers. If I don’t have to, I’ll never go back to regular earmuffs, I love the Bluetooth feature and listening while I work. See below paragraphs for how they fit, charging and speakers.- The over-ear fit – I’m a 6’2″ male, 22.5″ head size (7 1/8 hat size). These earmuffs are adjustable and fit me just fine. The wire over-earmuff is extendable and comes completely retracted. I thought there was something wrong with them originally because they were so short, and I don’t remember seeing instructions how to extend them. I just had to put them on my head and pull down pretty forcefully to begin extending the wire arms to fit my head right. They stay in place nicely, so the wires don’t move easily, which is a good thing, they adjust and stay where you put them.- Charging – I charged the Bluetooth earmuff headphones before using for the first time. Comes with a USB plug-in with USB-C port. No cover over the port on the earmuff, I haven’t had a problem with debris getting in the port while using outside (ie: lawn clippings, sawdust, etc.) After charging they paired easily to my phone. I used them for many hours over several days and they still had a charge. The manual indicates you can use them for many hours without a charge and it seems to be the case for me. A week or two later I used them again without charging, they only worked for about half an hour and then died. So I speculate they do drain while not in use, so I would say it’s imperative to charge before each use or charge regularly to keep them charged to a sufficient level.- Speakers – I’m happy with the speakers, the sound is good. I’ve been listening to talk shows while doing loud, outdoor work. Both speakers put out the same sound, clear and crisp. They are loud enough to hear the entire conversation fine without busting your eardrum. No cracking or breaking up, no Bluetooth disconnection issues. Overall very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy again!

Customer Review: On a diffrent account I have bought these same headphones two other times. They each lasted 1 year while being subjected to continuous use. (10 hrs a day for 365 days at mid volume) The headband broke long before the audio. I am still able to use my mangled pair but I’m happy to get another. They are AMAZING. The sound muffling is decent and the bluetooth range is phenomenal. I can leave my phone in my room and walk at least a quarter mile into my yard without any static cutting out. I’m not an audiobuff by any means but I can hear every instrument evenly and make out vocals cleanly. The cushions are very comfortable, even during long listening sessions. To top it off, the support staff are understanding and well trained. 100% reccomend!

Customer Review: These are the best! Excellent Noise Cancelling that actually works. There is a big difference with actual noise reduction from your environment and just putting something on over your ear that might reduce a little bit of the outside noise, but in which you have to turn your volume up so loud in order to hear your music or whatever you’re listening to that the volume of sound actually damages your hearing as was the case with TOZO Noise Cancelling headset. So I bought these after looking for hearing protection with tunes and sending the TOZO back. VALENCE Bluetooth HEARING PROTECTION are the real deal. Super easy to use and just wonderfully straightforward. A true breath of fresh air. Button ON button OFF VOLUME UP Volume DOWN. These are comfortable to wear for extended time, protects your hearing, Yea! Having had a father who had only 22% hearing makes me very aware of hearing loss and respecting my own hearing. I only wished that they made these in Db34 these are a Db30. So these are very good for sound protection. The price is excellent. I use these for vacuuming, steam cleaning the floors, which can be very loud, sawing, yard-work, etc. Anything that’s going to be at all noisy and frankly, if I just wanna listen to tunes while doing tasks. Very impressed with these and I highly recommend. I’ve just mostly used these in the house, they have very good reception. It may be that I’ll just have to have my phone closer to me when I’m outside – I’m out in the boonies. But you know that’s fine. Customer Review: Ordered yesterday and got it today. Love Amazon! I fired the headset up and took it through all the functions. Dang, everything worked just like it should. I spend a few hrs a week mowing my pasture and doing noisy projects. I love AM radio and podcasts from my phone. So the AM/FM radio and BT connectivity was an imperative feature I needed along with the ability to answer phone calls too. Happily, every function worked and was simple to use and switch functions. Pros: all in one for my needs Great noise reduction, ran my tractor and audio came through great. Easy to make things work, switching from BT to radio, changing stations to answering a phone call! Charging is easy. I do use the little USB magnetic charge plug in’s to eliminate the cable insertion every time charge is needed. Quality and looks of the unit is great! Cons: Tight fit but not a real problem Audio quality is fair but great for my needs. OLD ears ya know and I do not listen to music when I am working with the head set on. Customer Review: Heavy, but QUALITY comfortable hearing protection with Bluetooth and AM/FM radio! I prefer to listen to a local radio station when working outside the house with equipment. My phone is still connected and can make or answer calls if need. I imagine I could even call for help or assistance if I ever injured myself or had an accident running power tools and equipment. I have had several versions of 3M Worktunes headphone in the past and none have ever disappointed.

Customer Review: Our third son has a set of these. These are a newer version and we bought these for our second son for his recent birthday. We like the sound deadening extremely well on the fact that it can run radio or Bluetooth is a real plus when he does yardwork.
